Purpose of the survey
The survey is an anonymous information gathering tool we use to assist in gathering feedback. This feed back allows us to assess our services and products.
This assessment plays a key role in improving the quality and service provided to you. Active participation is highly recommended. Any information is only available to our managers, and no information gathered will be used for any reason other than for the purpose of the survey, or provided to any third party.
We want the good, the bad, and the ugly!
At DNA Anodising, we are committed to a continual improvement strategy through a holistic approach with customers. Feedback allows us to improve our services and gives "Constructive" feedback to customers.
Remember: If we do not know about the issue, we can not resolve it!!!
