Quality Policy

Quality is hard to maintain is any workplace. We implemented the ISO 9001:2015 System to assist in maintaining and improving our quality.

This policy is the guideline for our quality management.

Return and Refund Policy

We strive to uphold the highest level of quality and management. Unfortunately, it can not 100%. We are aware of this and are happy for customers to contact us in relation to issues. This policy is to ensure our managers follow set procedures, and the claim is validated for rectification.
